Self-tape Instructions
- PRESENTATION
In English, make sure to state all of the following details: your full name, your height, current base, and confirm your availability for the project dates.
- TAPING
We recommend that all self-tapes be shot in high resolution against a neutral background, with a competent reader opposite you.
- FRAMING
Film the scene(s) in a medium landscape shot (ending just above your head and just below your shoulders). Additionally, you should avoid looking straight into the camera, but rather at your read just to the side of the camera. Your eye-line should be at the same height as the camera. We'd like to put special emphasis on the importance of framing as we often receive self-tapes shot in wider, more open shots that are unusable.
- SCENES
Make sure to record all the scenes assigned to your character (some characters may have 2 or more scenes). You may find some of the scenes have parts of them crossed out, but continue further on in the sides. Please upload your scenes as separate video files, accompanied by a up-to-date headshot.
