Business Blueprint is a 4-week strategic career course for actors who want to stop guessing and start making more intentional decisions about their work.
This is an important moment for actors in Europe. International productions are expanding, casting is increasingly global, and opportunities often arrive quickly. Actors who are prepared and strategic are better positioned to take advantage of this moment.
This course helps you assess where you are right now and make informed decisions about how to move your career forward as the industry continues to evolve.
Led by casting director Luci Lenox, Business Blueprint combines industry context, practical strategy, and acting work. It is designed for actors who want structure, perspective, and a plan they can realistically follow.
This is not about doing more.
It is about doing what makes sense for you.
What the course covers
- How casting decisions are made today and what that means for actors
- Clarifying your current career position and realistic next steps
- Reviewing and strengthening your materials (headshots, bio, showreel, online presence)
- Online audition readiness and consistency under pressure
- Professional visibility without forcing yourself into constant posting
- Networking and relationship-building that feels natural and sustainable
- Working more effectively with agents
- Making decisions in an uncertain market without panic or overcorrection
Actors will act during the course, including a self-tape and a chemistry test with another participant.
Course format
- 4 group sessions (2.5 hours each)
- Light, realistic homework between sessions
- Self-tape and chemistry test reviewed in class
- A personalised 90-day career plan, developed during the course
- One-to-one strategy session with Luci at the end of the course
- 3-month accountability session to review progress, address obstacles, and adjust strategy
Sessions include discussion, acting work, guided exercises, and feedback — always grounded in current casting reality.
All classes are recorded and will be uploaded so you can re-watch or catch up at any time.
