Led by internationally trained voice coach, Lena Sakalla, sessions draw from the metodologies of Patsy Rodenburg, Arthur Lessac, and Laban, providing tailored feedback, hands-on guidance, and empowering exercises.

MARCH: OUTTA THE HEAD, INTO THE BODY
This month we focus on getting out of the mind and into the physical work that frees the voice. Through breath work, Laban-inspired release, and body-focused exploration, we’ll open the body as the vessel your emotions move through. You’ll let the body lead and the voice follow, creating a clearer connection to your emotional life in performance.

- Body, Blocking, and Vocal Power: Make your movement work for your story, not against it. Apply Lecoq and Viewpoints to sharpen the physical and vocal presence of your piece.
