UPCOMING CYCLES:

OCTOBER: BACK TO BASICS – VOICE FOR CHARACTER EXPLORATION

Show up as your best self – grounded, clear, and ready to connect. This month is designed to help you walk into the room (or hit record) with presence, confidence, and ease. Build a reliable audition warm-up that connects your body, voice, and mind to the story. Learn how to use breath, vocal release, and simple physicality to claim space without forcing. Whether it’s on camera, in the audition room, or in the scene, your voice anchors your storytelling.

Class Line-Up:

  • Audition Warm-Up Routine: Show up as your best self. Conenct body, voice, and mind to tell the story.
  • Presence for On-Camera & In-the-Room: Simple physicality, breath, and energy management – especially for nerves.
  • Voice Release & Performance Workshop: Using Laban and vocal release to drop tension, tap into your power, and let the voice land – whitout pushing.

NOVEMBER: OUTTA YOUR HEAD, INTO YOUR BODY

This month we focus on getting out of the mind and into the physical work that frees the voice. Through breath work, Laban-inspired release, body-focused exploration, and Meisner-inspired exercises, we’ll open the body as the vessel your emotions move through. You’ll let the body lead and the voice follow, creating a clearer connection to your emotional life in performance.

Class Line-Up:

  • Outta your head, into your body: Get grounded, release tension, and let your body lead your vocal and emotional work. Explore how it feels to really say the words.
  • Body, blocking, and vocal power: Make your movement work for your story, not against it. Apply Lecoq and Viewpoints to sharpen the physical and vocal presence of your piece.
  • Scene & Monologue Workshop: Apply the work. Perform a piece, receive feedback, and integrate voice, body, and emotional connection.
